Our History

In 1992 Kevin Byron Rowney and his wife Veronica worked for Australian Institute of Learning and Cognitive Development Pty Ltd. They set up a distance learning program to help parents with their child development issues.

Over a period of nearly 17 years they helped thousands of parents around the world, whose children ranged from just born to age six. The children spanned the developmental spectrum, from the Gifted and Talented to the full panoply of those with learning disorders.

Today many of the children who graduated from the program, are achieving at University and TAFE or they are in active employment.
